With over 19 years of diverse engineering experience, I have led interdisciplinary teams and managed major R&D projects in cutting-edge fields such as magnetic bearings, flywheel energy storage systems and functionally integrated lightweight construction for energy technology. As a lead engineer and founding member on several initiatives, I specialize in mechatronic system design, simulation, commissioning and technical project leadership.

I am passionately committed to mentoring young talent, advancing innovative technologies and sharing knowledge within the engineering community. I thrive on hands-on problem solving, optimizing engineering workflows and exploring new technologies for sustainable and efficient systems.
